Having been a member for a substantial amount of time, I would definitely recommend membership status for this gym. The classes and amenities offered are of modern interests and facilitate a broad spectrum of interests. Personal favorites include: childcare staff and care, swimming pool, two locations, and Zumba!! more

I love this gym. I go after work almost every day. The staff is friendly an always helpful. I love the fact that there is a workout section exclusively for women. If you don't mind spending the money, I recommend getting a personal trainer. It's motivating. more

  • Founded in 1975, The Spa Fitness & Wellness Center is a health and fitness facility located in Fayetteville, N.C. The center s cardio theater features an assortment of elliptical machines, treadmills, recumbent bikes and stair climbers facing an entertainment wall with 5 television monitors, VCR (Video Cassette Recorder) and audio station. It conducts group exercise classes daily in aqua aerobics, yoga and various other exercise forms. The fitness facility also offers personalized fitness profiles to its members including details about resting heart rate, blood pressure, body weight, percentage of body fat, flexibility, strength, aerobic capacity, as well as a written report. The Spa Fitness & Wellness Center s other amenities include locker rooms, merchandise, nursery, sauna/steam room/whirlpool, swimming pool and tanning..
