My wife made me go... 7/21/2010

My wife made me go...and it was fantastic. I had a great facial and pedicure, which I won't admit to my friends, but there were just as many men here as women...So I'm hooked and don't feel out of place. There's a reason why women retreat to this place, it's just perfect. My services were fantastic and my wife and I were able to sit side my side to get our pedicures in a private little suite. We'll be back. more

DO NOT sign the contract! 10/7/2008

The contracts are for 3 whole years and are IMPOSSIBLE to get out of (must move 30 MILES away from any of their affiliate gyms to get out, regardless of your driving time, and even then it's a complicated hassle). The nursery attendants are lazy, they call you out of your workout to come get your child if they cry for more than a few minutes or if they need a diaper change). \r The machines are often broken, if available at all. \r Save yourself the time, hassle, trouble, and MONEY, DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT! more

This is regarding the gym 7/5/2007

The gym is overcrowded if you try to go after work. The pool at the Eutaw location is hard to use for laps because of the frequency of classes after work hours.\r There is a time limit on the cardio machines of 20 minutes, which is way less than 30 min generally recommended for fitness, and you have to sign in and wait to get on one.\r Use caution in signing a contract, it is almost impossible to get out of until AFTER you move and even then it is apparently up to the financial company that actually runs the gym. more

Expensive 7/3/2007

I went for a facial and massage and checked out the health club.\r The facial was as I have had before, but expensive. Serivce was good, but all to much. more

I felt like queen for a day! 10/29/2005

This spa is fabulous! I went in when my baby was 5 weeks old and had the new mommy package. The massage felt like heaven on my tired body and my facial was great too. Between my appointments there was fresh fruit and cookies to snack on and water with lemon to drink. The atmosphere was wonderful and the staff was very friendly. I felt so relaxed there I didn't want to leave! more

The center s cardio theater features an assortment of elliptical machines, treadmills, recumbent bikes and stair climbers facing an entertainment wall with 5 television monitors, VCR (Video Cassette Recorder) and audio station. It conducts group exercise classes daily in aqua aerobics, yoga and various other exercise forms. The fitness facility also offers personalized fitness profiles to its members including details about resting heart rate, blood pressure, body weight, percentage of body fat, flexibility, strength, aerobic capacity, as well as a written report.
