Tried the aqua bike for the first time and it was fun. Henrietta was really nice and kept making sure that I was doing okay since it was my first time. Will be doing it again. more

i've been going to here for almost a year and couldnt be more pleased. my kids are in love the the nursery staff and everyone is very nice. my only complaint would be about professional fitness, they know what they did!! \r more

I recently moved to Fayetteville. I have been a member of about 4 other gyms, I chose the Spa Fitness & Wellness Centers because they have been voted the best in Fayetteville. Since becoming a member they have far exceeded all of my expectations. The fact that the nursery is complimentary (and extremely nice) alone makes my membership worth it! It's also so convenient to be able to grab something healthy to eat from Carrots when I'm done working out, that makes it so easy to stay on track with my diet! I love that the Renaissance Day Spa is right inside (and it's beautiful), if they have any openings they announce it in the gym...there is nothing better than having an unexpected massage after a long hard workout! This gym takes the cake when it comes to being the best, having the best, and employing the best! more

My husband and I joined the Spa Fitness & Wellness Centers four years ago. We had to relocate for employment and had to cancel our memberships. We called their corporate office and spoke to a very nice woman who patiently helped me through the entire process. I turned in everything that was asked of us and about three weeks later got a letter in the mail stating our contract was cancelled. We are looking into moving back into the area soon and I cannot wait to sign up again. After reading some of the reviews on this page, I couldn't help but write my own. I don't understand people who sign contracts and then complain when companies have to stick by those contracts. If you claim to be an adult, why don't you read things before you sign them. Instead of blaming the owners or the sales staff why don't you look into the mirror and ask yourself why you chose to sign up for something when you knew you couldn't afford them. more

I recently joined with this gym and i love it. They're running a promotion if you join the membership you get 3 free sessions with a personal trainer, mine was accidentally double booked and gave me a free session. Everyone at the Bordeaux center is friendly. I took my friend in yesterday and they offered to help her out with all of the extra fees because she didn't have the 105.00 to sign up first day. I've been there for a week and they already know me by name! My daughter loves the day care, they have pulled me out of class one time- because i told them she had a diaper rash and i would prefer to change her myself. It's a small center and females can feel totally comfortable training because, unlike golds gym, there aren't ""gawkers"". I absolutely love this place! more

BEWARE MILITARY 1/3/2012

All military please be aware if you sign up for this gym and pcs or ets the WILL NOT stop billing you. They say they do but they do not. Yes it is a good gym but when it is time to move they will continue billing you military orders are not enough for this company. I gave my military orders and they were not excepted I was told I would have to DIE or be on 100% DISABILITY TO GET OUT OF MY CONTRACT I AM EXPECTED TO GO TO A GYM AN HOUR AWAY FROM MY NEW HOME.IF YOU ARE ABOUT TO PCS or SEPARATE GO TO THE GYMS ON POST DO NOT FALL FOR THIS COMPANIES TRICKS I AM JUST GETTING OUT THE MILITARY STILL LOOKING FOR A JOB AND HAVE TO PAY OVER 200 DOLLARS A MONTH TO THIS COMPANY . DO NOT JOIN THEY WILL LIE more

The center s cardio theater features an assortment of elliptical machines, treadmills, recumbent bikes and stair climbers facing an entertainment wall with 5 television monitors, VCR (Video Cassette Recorder) and audio station. It conducts group exercise classes daily in aqua aerobics, yoga and various other exercise forms.
