I love the Spa/Fitness Center and it is about feeling good and making a lifetime change in your life for the better. I use the facilities at least 4-5 times a week and everyone is so nice and friendly. It is a great place to work out and to get healthy inside and out. I received a Phone call today from the wellness center telling me someone had dropped off a gift package including 2. 7 day passes and a $25. gift cert from a unnamed member. Had my wife call on the other line and say she missed a call from this number and Amanda gets on the line and says exactly the same thing to her about the package. This is misleading to the consumer and downright deceptive. Beware of such practices. more

  • Founded in 1975, The Spa Fitness & Wellness Center is a health and fitness facility located in Fayetteville, N.C. The center s cardio theater features an assortment of elliptical machines, treadmills, recumbent bikes and stair climbers facing an entertainment wall with 5 television monitors, VCR (Video Cassette Recorder) and audio station. It conducts group exercise classes daily in aqua aerobics, yoga and various other exercise forms. The fitness facility also offers personalized fitness profiles to its members including details about resting heart rate, blood pressure, body weight, percentage of body fat, flexibility, strength, aerobic capacity, as well as a written report. The Spa Fitness & Wellness Center s other amenities include locker rooms, merchandise, nursery, sauna/steam room/whirlpool, swimming pool and tanning..
