My ac quit working late in the day on Friday and I thought I was in for a long hot weekend. called southwest anyway and a tec was there in 30 minuets.
found the problem and had it back up in no time. He also went over the rest of the unit while he was there to be sure it was running properly. Great work and lightening fast response. Thanks :)

Michael isn't it a nightmare to come home on a Friday night and find your A/C on the fritz and worry that you will have to spend all weekend like that
Well that is why we work 24/7 with no overtime charges it is not your fault the unit went out at a bad time
