I am new to California and have now taken my 07 Tribeca to South Coast three times. Matt my advisor greets me with a smile, always stays in touch with me regarding my vehicles progress and makes sure my altenate transportation needs are met.
I met Ferdie the Service Director my last visit and he also made sure my questions were answered and followed up with me on the additional items I wanted repaired.
All the staff is friendly and skilled.
