So happy with my purchase 7/22/2010

I got a new car I am so happy ! They were really friendly with me they helped me find what I needed. Hugo Helped so I recommend you go with hugo he will help with the sales, the finance girl was patient and explain to me all the paperwork and everything I needed to know about my new purchase. She was able to get me a monthly payment on my car and she helped me get as much as possible on my trade in. I recommend this place to everyone out there that love Volkswagens! more

okay, so the service department tried to charge the wife $400 to connect a tube, work that took ten minutes and no parts, but the service is really generally pretty good for a dealership, far better than the former metro volkswagen and the volkswagen by mission bay - which were kind of asshol-ish - here the service is friendly and relaxed and they have a shuttle to downtown/golden hill... Update: Went back when I was trying to decide whether to buy a honda or volkswagen- their sales approach was very straight forward and laid back, they gave us a couple of printed out quotations and told us to get back to them when we were ready to buy- and we did!!! I recommend South Bay Volkswagen... more

Friendly and efficient. 5/28/2009

We took our VW Jetta to replace the O2 sensor. They were able to get the part needed immediately and it was no hassle as far as getting it in their location and getting the car fixed right away. The best part is that it was done right the first time unlike our other experience with other dealers. I'll definitely be a repeat customer especially when I am ready to upgrade my Jetta for a newer one. more
