Install of 600 watt Kenwood Amplifier 3/8/2010

I have never left Sound of Tri-State without being truely amazed at the work which is performed. On this occaision I had my older outdated Amplifier replaced with a much more streamline Kenwood 600 AMP model. Without fail I have been amazed by your team!! I wish to give a high 5 to your professional installer, this time I got his name: Christopher Rettig is the gentlemans name and you need to give this craftsman recognition for yhe work he performed. I have spent approximately $1500.00 so far on my stereo system for my 03 Dodge Ram This stereo system is flawless thanks to Christopher Retting! I plan to go back to your store and see what else I can have crafted for my stereo system, maybe a pre-amp if there is such a thing, for my system. Any way please send Mr. Rettig my thanks! I've already thanked him for his craftsmanship, I beleive some form of thanks should come from his higher management!! Thanks again Christopher Rettig for your outstanding work on my truck!!! more

EXCELLENT 3/5/2010

From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable. Anthony did not pressure me to buy anything. I told him the amount I would like to spend and he showed me what product would give me more bang for the buck. Assoon as I was ready he got me in the next day they got everything done that day like they said they would. When everything was finished they gave me a run down on my system witch was grate. Now that my Grand AM sounds grate my F-150 is next. Thank you SOT-S I will be back! more

10" Kenwood woofers x2 installed under back seat of my truck. 3/1/2010

They made a custom fiberglass well for the speakers to be installed in topped with custom carpeted wood mounting surface, also installed 1000 watt amp on same surface centered. super job, I never go anywhere else! Proffesional Bobby Gummadi assured me of the quality of work and he was understated! Thank you Bobby and proffesional custom fabricator!! I am going tomorrow for an additional Amp install under the front passenger seat! Thanks All involved with my experience!! more

WHEN SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS I WOULD THINK YOU WOULD DO IT ACCORDINGLY...HOWEVER I HAD AN APPOINTMENT AT 4:30....DIDN'T GET DONE UNTIL 6:15......THAT'S WAS EXTREMELY TOO LONG ESPECIALLY WHEN I HAD AN APPOINTMENT.......THEN I HAD TO TAKE MY VEHICLE BACK TO GET RE-SERVICED BECAUSE MY RADIO HAD STOPPED WORKING AGAIN....I WOULD NEVER GO BACK AND MY RADIO SCREEN IS STILL DISPLAYING FAILURE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Best Place Ever 2/19/2010

SOTS is probably the best car installation companies that I have dealt with. I'm not originally from the Tri-State area, so I didn't know a good place to go for car installations. I happened to drive past the place, and was curious as to what the sold, so I decided to stop in. The staff is very knowledgable and friendly, and their install work is the quickest and cleanest that I have ever seen! I have already gotten a DVD/CD player, and alarm system, and a back up camera from them, and I'm definitely going to keep going back for more! more

I bought items from an online discount house and had STS do the installs. It was a flip-down monitor and dvd/nav receiver and sirius. Very fast and clean install. Very happy and would use them again. more

Terrific service and product 2/18/2010

I am very satisfied with the service, product, and price that I found at Tri-State. The staff spent a lot of time with me helping me find the equipment that I would beed to get the sound that I wanted in my car. I am an audiophile but not techically sophisticated, and I appreciated that they answered my questions patiently without making me feel like an idiot. They delivered on everything that they promised in regards to installation, service, and product. I am really enjoying the resulting system. My car sounds great! I would buy audio equipment from them again and would recommend that my family and friends do so as well. Thanks, Anthony! more

Excellent Service 2/15/2010

The Dover Sound of Tri State did a wonderful job installing an overhead DVD player in my Chevy Traverse. The service was quick and professional and I would absolutely go back again. We have only had the product for 2 days but it works wonderful and my son loves it! Thank you again for such wonderful service. more

Great technical work but need to work on some things 2/11/2010

The quality of the work done was outstanding. I was disappointed that I left my car the night before the scheduled appt. and no work was begun before 6:00 p.m. on the day of the appt(and only after I called to see if the work was done!) I waited until after closing hours to get my vehicle and had to return the next day to get the fog lights tightened and correctly set. Everyone was friendly and apologetic but it wasn't what I was expecting from all the good things I had heard about them. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work but think that they need to work on scheduling and communications with customers. No problem with the service. But I've been back several time because of bluetooth problems and loosing my sirius reception. I'm not sure if I should of bought an better unit. But the guys have always taken good care of me. more
