I am very satisfied with the service, product, and price that I found at Tri-State. The staff spent a lot of time with me helping me find the equipment that I would beed to get the sound that I wanted in my car. I am an audiophile but not techically sophisticated, and I appreciated that they answered my questions patiently without making me feel like an idiot. They delivered on everything that they promised in regards to installation, service, and product. I am really enjoying the resulting system. My car sounds great! I would buy audio equipment from them again and would recommend that my family and friends do so as well. Thanks, Anthony!
