Fast. Cheap. Quality. 5/2/2010

Had 2 subs and an amp installed that I had bought a few months before from crutchfield and they had them installed in about an hour. I picked them up and it was a quality install and only cost me about $85 dollars. Thats about 70 dollars less than where I usually go for car audio down in NC. Plus it's tax free baby! Love Delaware more

Nice place to go for A/V equipment for vehicles. 4/22/2010

I went to Sound of Tri-State to purchase a complete replacement stereo set-up for my car. Their selection of products is just 'okay' two of the headunits that i wanted they did not have in stock. One that they had in stock was refurb, but they were trying to sell it at a new unit price. I would say that their prices are a bit above average, but being as they are the only A/V place in the area you don't really have much of a choice. Customer service was good however, and they were willing to knock $10 dollars off of the price of the unit that I ended up getting. I still don't think that is an excuse for not having product in stock that is on display. Overall I would rate them a C+ more

Staff at the Kirkwood Highway store was very helpful. Also they gave us a I-Pod adaptor cable which war not in the box for my Wife's new radio. more

Great service. 4/19/2010

I had an after market radio installed to replace a stock radio. The person who helped me and who installed the radio was courteous and helpful. He told me clearly what was needed to install the radio and what it would cost. I waited for it to be installed, and it was completed in a reasonable time. The radio has been working without any problems since it was installed. Also, Sound of Tri State had the lowest price for the installation that I found. more

I am happy with the service I recieved at Sound of Tri state, the staff took good care of me even let me sleep in there store (lol I was very tierd) over all my children love the dvd I thank you so much for your time. I have seen there work at the philly auto show and i wanted to check them out. They did an excellent job on my car with making my sound system nice and neat it sounds great and it looks like it came with the car. I will most deff be going back for more work on my car. more

Answered all my questions. Helped me figure out a problem with my DVD, even though it was installed somewhere else (and I didn't purchase anything for my DVD). Gave me multiple options and price levels. Good service. I used the online coupons (50% off) I think through the New Journal (?). Great deal! more

Isaac Coker goes above and beyond to ensure the customer buys the correct equipment, takes the time to explain options, gives accurate and reliable advice about products. Isaac also spends time to ensue that the customer understands, and is happy with the system purchased. I received all manuals, boxes, remotes etc! First class service and that's why I keep coming back. I also let friends and family know where I got my system. I've had nothing but complements about how good it sounds. more
