I've been with Sonki Fitness since September of 2008 and I feel so positive, I sleep better, have more energy and stamina, and I look forward to the classes. I can't imagine a fitness routine without Sonki in it. The group sessions are called Bootcamps, but don't let the label scare you. The high intensity workouts will push you to your own personal limits (everyone is at their own fitness level), but are in an environment that is supportive and fun. No yelling, just a lot of encouragement, healthy sweat and hard work.
Pros: Great value, postive environment, workouts by the beach
Cons: ladies may get a lot stronger than their boyfriends or husbands :)
