Let me start out by saying that I am 56 years old and have always (repeat: always) hated exercise. I have never found an exercise program that I have been able to stick with. I have been exercising with Sonki since mid-2005. This is the longest I have ever attended an exercise program.
Pros: Quality of workout, exercising outdoors (even at the beach), affordable
Cons: I'll let you know when I think of one!
