I have been having fun participating in Sonki Fitness Training since Thanksgiving 2008 and I love my results. I am more energetic, I feel my body getting stronger each week, and I'm having so much fun doing this with my colleagues. Sonki makes you push yourself, even when you think your body can't do another push-up or sit-up. If you are like me, I am almost 50 years old, and you thought you couldn't do it, you should give it a try because you will be amazed and proud of yourself.
Pros: love working out at the beach and watching the sun come up!!
Cons: getting up so early, but it's worth it :)
