It helps so much to work out with a group...you feel obligated to go and then you make connections and have fun! Sonki is a great motivator and is not mean. He encourages everyone to work their hardest while listening to their bodies. I would never do half of the exercises if left to my own devise. The (small amount of) money is WELL WORTH it!! =0)
Pros: exercising outdoors, meeting new people, getting in shape
Cons: can't think of any!
