When I think of ""Boot Camp"" I typically imagine a big crazy army guy yelling at me and telling me to ""eat dirt"", but with Sonki you get an experienced, calm voice telling you ""not to give up"", ""push yourself"", and ""what you put in is what you get out"" as you hold Super-plank for a minute or longer...
Pros: beach/outdoor atmosphere, highly trained instructors, cardio, strength and endurance training all in one.
