I first called Snappy Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning to do a furnace inspection a little over a year ago. They brought a contract out with them, and it seemed like a good idea to have them do all of our inspections throughout the year. They recently did a furnace inspection and the yearly electrical inspection. With our contract they do our plumbing, electrical, heating and air. The workers are always friendly, professional and knowledgeable. more

Outstanding 11/19/2013

Snappy did some plumbing repairs for me. I had a backed up drain in the terrasoil of my home. They used their special equipment to find the blockage and took care of it at the price advertised. more

We used Snappy Electric to help us figure out what was wrong with a switch that had blown out. We've used them before and knew they were reliable. When we called on a Saturday, they were able to accommodate our schedule and come out quickly that same week. They arrived at the time they said they would. They analyzed the problem and fixed it that same day. To anyone considering them, this company is credible and timely and will take care of you quickly. We would recommend them. more

I felt that the technician Snappy Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning sent was very informative. Michael showed me what he was doing and showed me his certification as well, which I thought was a plus. That was my first visit yesterday. I found them on Angie's List. He put in a whole house surge protector. Michael had excellent customer service. The main thing was that he explained what he was doing. more

Good 7/22/2013

We found them through Angie's List. Snappy Electric, Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning have done several things for us. Once was putting in attic fans, one was putting in a whole house system so that lightning doesn't cut off our T.V.s and computers. They just now serviced our air conditioning. Everything turned out fine. We will probably continue to use them. Snappy was good and I have no complaints. more

Snappy Electric are setting the example for how other companies should operate. 6/21/2013

I bought a package for them from Angie's List in the fall and they called to schedule the service right away. I forgot an AC tuneup was included, and they called me to say it was time to do the service and schedule it. I also think it is so impressive as a company to send an email with a picture of who will be coming to your home and a picture of their truck. As a single woman living alone I think it is an invaluable safety thing that I have never seen another company do. In particular, I have had the same young man come both times. He has refused a tip both times and been completely professional and kind. They do a follow up call within fifteen minutes of him leaving to make sure everything was okay. more

They did some intensive work here outside with the fountain, installing electricity for that. They also did some lighting work in the back yard, and checked my air conditioner and plumbing. more

Good 4/26/2013

Snappy Electric, Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning is very good. I have ongoing service with them. They call you saying it's time to do maintenance again and then come by. They've got the schedule. They tell you what's wrong, fix it, and don't tell you to fix things that aren't needed. more

Snappy Electric HVAC was a great company to work with. They were professional, on time, efficient, and they also came after hours just for my schedule. They communicated with me, they worked on the heating system and later on my air conditioner to repair them. Great repairs! more

A satisfied customer. 3/27/2013

The young man that Snappy Electric sent over was very helpful. He worked with us when we weren't sure we wanted to spend that much money. He gave us options and we decided that repairing the unit was the one that worked best for us. We were in shock that we had to repair it at all but the original installers from a different company messed up. Snappy Electric, however, did a very thorough job. He went up on the roof to fix the problem there as well as in the unit. He explained everything thoroughly, telling us what was wrong and why. He was also very pleasant. He was patient, listened to us, and was willing to help. more

Electrician and plumber did well 3/25/2013

I used Snappy Services on two occasions. I had an electrician come out and fix a couple of things, and I had a plumber come out and fix a couple of things. They both came when they were supposed to, knew what they were doing, and were very pleasant. more

Good customer and technical service. 2/25/2013

I wish I could give Snappy Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning 10 stars instead of five. They are the absolute best. They didn't do anything without informing me ahead of time. They clarified what needed to be done and did it. They clarified how long it would take. They walked me through the entire process. It was excellent. After the initial work was completed, my heater still didn't work because a part had eroded. The technician came back to my house the same night to fix it. He waited while I went to the store to pick up the part that needed to be installed. He was at my house until 11pm in order to ensure that I had heat that night. You do not find companies like this anymore. When the time comes to get my AC and heater redone, I will be calling them again. more

I had a plugged up sewer line and a technician from Snappy Services ran a camera through the line and repaired it. I was very impressed with the knowledge, proficiency, and professionalism of the technician that came out. more

I've used Snappy for I think three different service calls now. Each time they arrived exactly when they said they would come. Their service providers were very knowledgeable, courteous, took care of problems right away, and were able to alert me to future possible problems. I've been very satisfied with them and their prices are always good. more

Wonderful, Great Experience 12/26/2012

Snappy Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning did the plumbing and checked an A track for us. The service was good. The repairman was knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. He told me things that were fine, and things that would need work in the future. That was it. He was very courteous. They also send an email the night before and show you a picture of the technician who is coming over. I will recommend them to family and friends. more

Snappy worked on a leak in the apartment upstairs from ours, and they did some work on a faucet of ours that was having low flow. They arrived on time and did the work they said they would for the price they quoted. I had no problems with any of their work. more
