Review content:
I bought a package for them from Angie's List in the fall and they called to schedule the service right away. I forgot an AC tuneup was included, and they called me to say it was time to do the service and schedule it. I also think it is so impressive as a company to send an email with a picture of who will be coming to your home and a picture of their truck. As a single woman living alone I think it is an invaluable safety thing that I have never seen another company do. In particular, I have had the same young man come both times. He has refused a tip both times and been completely professional and kind. They do a follow up call within fifteen minutes of him leaving to make sure everything was okay.
