Snappy Electric, Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning is very good. I have ongoing service with them. They call you saying it's time to do maintenance again and then come by. They've got the schedule. They tell you what's wrong, fix it, and don't tell you to fix things that aren't needed.
