I wish I could give Snappy Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning 10 stars instead of five. They are the absolute best. They didn't do anything without informing me ahead of time. They clarified what needed to be done and did it. They clarified how long it would take. They walked me through the entire process. It was excellent.
After the initial work was completed, my heater still didn't work because a part had eroded. The technician came back to my house the same night to fix it. He waited while I went to the store to pick up the part that needed to be installed. He was at my house until 11pm in order to ensure that I had heat that night. You do not find companies like this anymore. When the time comes to get my AC and heater redone, I will be calling them again.
