I had the non-invasive factional skin resurfacing treatment a few weeks and it was wonderful. The atmosphere was ideal. Finally I'm done with my treatments there, I can't wait to live that place in the Natick Mall and never come back, don't even look at them, the ladys at the phone provide the worst customer service, they're confused, loud, and rude, the praticioners or employees performing the treaatments, they are not qualified to do any job in any part of the human body, they have not experience at all, if something goes wrong they don't care, they make you believe that's nothing, which I believe is so inmature, this girls don't look professional at all, they are so messy and they want to sell you everything, brainwash you into buy them something, please I'm old enough to know what's looks like a scam this place is a big scam, I had better results buying creams and treatments at any nordstrom. Worst spa experience ever, don't go there!!!!! save your money go somewhere else 11/1/2008

Overall I'm soooo regreting have them talk to me in paying them for some treatments, by the way so expensive, you can try some other places you will get a better results for some less money, This place is so terrible, horrible customer service, the worst ever, and they have more than one girl at the desk, the employees, they don't have much experience, they all repeat the same words, when you ask for some more information about the treatments, this girls are so pushy, trying to sell you either creams or more treatments, all the time every session, I wish I had never pay them at all, I feel so unconfortable there, this spa is located at the Natick mall. They don't have a proper licensed doctor to perform the tratments, only girls who barely graduated from high school, TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cons: EXPENSIVE, EMPLOYEES WITH NO EXPERIENCE AT ALL. more

terrible experience 10/31/2008

I'm a client of the spa for the last 3 months, I was ""happy"" because I was having some improvements after some microdremabrasion and chemical peel, the friday October 24th, when i WAS AWFULLY BURNED WITH AN CHEMICAL PEEL 30% ( wich I had before in the same spa with without any problems), I had horrible large black burns in the sides of my face, the rest of the face was red and in pain, I wasn't able to work for 4 days, my face was swollen and in pain I couldn't sleep, This situation gave me a lot of stress and anxiety. I live in Boston and South Florida, and I have been to the location in South Florida. Their services were expectational. For the price it can't be beat. I had laser hair removal on my upper lip. I couldn't have asked for a quicker, pain-free procedure. The results speak for themselves. I am looking forward to trying the Natick location. Pros: Service, Price, Convenience more

Gunk you don't need on your face for $2000 10/16/2008

I am terribly disappointed with Sleek medSpa in the Burlington (Mass.) Mall. The eastheticians have changed every few months (I've been there since 2006) and the next one say and do the opposite of what the previous one did. Clearly, they are not qualified enough to attend to each person's skin and needs and problems individually. They are not dermatologists. They seem to repeat by rote a few buzz words they learnt in soem training school they attended. more

not good service 10/1/2008

I sceduled an appointment, to remove my stretch marks. The consultant knows nothing, and gave me wrong information. She told me I need to do lipo dissolve and microdermabrasion to remove stretch marks. Then the physican who was going to do the lipo dissolve told me, lipo dissolve can only remove fat, not effetive to stretch marks. Then I was told that they don't have laser surgery on boston site. And they told me can't refund me the $2700. They can only give me credit back. I was totally mislead by the consutant! And couldn't get the service I wanted at all! more

Lack of communication from staff 9/25/2008

My sister received service from Sleek in New York City & was happy with the service. The woman who consulted her was very informative, enthusiastic and available. I decided to take on a similar procedure (smart lipo on my upper arms and shoulder area) shortly after my sister's procedure. Well, due to my position as a nurse practitioner, I decided against it last minute for professional reasons and wanted a refund on my initial deposit of $2,500. It is now late September, 2008. I asked for the refund in July. I was told my refund would take place in two weeks after I declined the procedure. Since July, I have checked my credit card statement and no refund (credit) was initialized on my card. I called Sleek and the person who I spoke to refuses to return my phone calls, avoids my calls and claims it wasn't her fault that i didn't get my refund. Rather, the chief financial officer is holding all refunds until the end of september & she is relaying all emails & complaints to this financial officer. more

I am a new client of Sleek Medspa and I must say, what an experience. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt cared for. I was personally assured that I would have a wonderful experience from the receptionist before I even purchased anything! Then my consultant brought me thru the spa on a tour, showing me the rooms and then brought me to my consultation. She just asked me questions and listened to my concerns. Now Im getting treatments done every other week for my skin, micros and photos for sundamage. They are very flexible with my crazy work schedule, they always fit me in! One time I even had a treatment with the manager, since no one else was available. She was great, and very accomodating! I would def recommend this spa to anyone who likes results and friendly staff. Pros: kind and generous staff, realistic expectations Cons: quite a hike, but soooo worth it! more

Great Atmosphere, great results, great staff.......great great great 8/14/2008

As a first time laser-er, I was skeptical to do certain areas. When I signed up I purchased underarm and naval. I was nervous about treating my bikini area and legs because I heard it was painful. My first treatment was with Sophia, who explained the entire process to me before starting anything. She could tell I was nervous, so she allowed me to squeeze her arm for the first few zaps. Not too bad, like a rubber band but tolerable. She focused on me the entire time (what I was concerned with and what I felt needed a change) By the end of my treatment, I signed up for lipo dissolve (2 areas) and my brazilian bikini and lower leg. Why not!!!!!! I deserve it. And Sophia made me feel at ease with the entire procedure. She's the best! I've already recommended her to all my friends! Pros: great staff, super clean facility more

seeking other victims 8/6/2008

I'm 1 of the victims of Sleekmedspa. I have had several problems with them so far. My treatments are ineffective (fotofacials in particular) and I recently had a botox injection where the PA actually bruised a vein, and while doing it (yes WHILE doing it NOT afterward. I have spent thousands of dollars and now have nothing to show for it. I am seeking other victims to assist me in a class action lega suit. GREAT EXPERIENCE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 3/23/2008

Well heres the scoop on these medspas... i was skeptical like everyone else however, i wanted to check it out for myself so i went in to sleek medspa in natick at the natick collection for a free consultation. After spending sort a long time discussing their various treatments with an extremely nice and patient (because of all my questions) employee i was SOLD on a micro package. The package promises to deliver a more youthful looking you, by deep cleaning, renewing skin and minimizing fine lines etc, etc etc, whatever i figured it wouldnt hurt ....so yesterday was my 8th treatment and i honestly have to say ive noticed a difference, my skin looks more healthy and i feel pretty good about the results .....however now im thinking of spending more money to try some other treatments they offer, does anyone have a suggestion???? Pros: convenience, clean, friendly and knowledgeable staff more

Years Younger!!! Thanks Sleek 3/14/2008

I recently had a lot of work done with Sleek Medspa and feel great! I had a series of injectables done as I feel like I have aged 15 years in the past 1 year. I am 52 and went in to Sleek in the Mall because I was walking by and was intrigued by their signs. The young lady at the front desk was very pleasant and they were able to bring out someone to speak with me about my skin and what I can do to look and feel better. I was nervous at first because I am a teacher and don't have a lot of expendable cash. I ended up signing up for Restylane for my lip, Radiesse for my lines on both sides of my mouth and botox ...... the best part is I have a year to pay it off with no interest!!!! I look Amazing- Jess did my treatment- the PA and she was amazing and made me feel so comfortable (my first time). People I work with are still double taking. I can not thank Sleek enough- I feel great and was able to do it because of the reasonable prices and good advice from staff. Disappointed and duped! 1/16/2008

I am embarassed that I was duped into the procedure that I had performed on my face. As others had mentioned I was in the mall and out of curiousity I stopped by the store front and was whisked inside for a consultation. As it so happened someone just had a cancelation and they were able to take me right away! Pros: clean Cons: high traffic area, lots of pressure to purchase more services more

I had a consultation at Sleek after purchasing an overpriced package of micros/chemical peels from a plastic surgeons office. I found the girls to be very helpful and considerate of my goals. I consulted with them about options and my skin tone and they did a test spot for a photo facial and I went with a purchased a package. I save a ton of money bc the photo facials show the results you wouldn't see until after 12-18 micros/chemical peels. I was really pleased with Sleek. more

Very Poor Customer Service 8/19/2007

In reading all the reviews I have no Idea how this place stays in business. I guess all the advertisement makes them appear like the greatest but anyone in business should know by now they should be standing on there reputation with referrals. All those big dollar ads are smoke shows trying to counteract the truth about this company. I can tell you first hand from my experience and others I know that the employee's knows the deal... Get the customer a appointment as soon as possible so they are locked in to the contract before they realize that they have made a BIG mistake in their choice of Spa's. Everybody smile, act like you care and that you had no idea about big bad corporate policy. The same thiing happened to m years ago. Pros: Lesson Learned Cons: Horrible Customer Service. Great Result...long term patient 7/5/2007

I am a long term patient of Sleek in Natick since September of 06. I have done both Lazer treatments on my legs and ua as well as mesotherapy for my abdomen. I am so excited because I have lost 2 1/2 inches in my abs and still have one treatment left. The PA Tara is so calming and totally took away my fear in the treatment and it did not hurt like I thought it was going to. All the girls there are so nice and I feel better about myself everytime I leave. I have recommended many of my friends who now go to Sleek too. Pros: skilled, nice, VERY SANITARY, Great results Cons: a little difficult to get in for first treatment but otherwise no cons more

Very good and effective service 4/15/2007

I understand this is a chain but the only place I have been to is Newbury Street where I saw Carrie. She was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and thorough. She worked with me. She gave me an accurate number of laser treatments for effective results and she was right on target with everything. My appointments have been punctual. The facility is beautiful and absolutely spotless. One of the cleanest I have ever seen. I love the massage chairs in the waiting area. Everyone is always very friendly when I come in. They've accomodated me. I really could not ask for more. Pros: Effective, Efficient Service and Great Staff Cons: none - zero more
