Review content:
In reading all the reviews I have no Idea how this place stays in business. I guess all the advertisement makes them appear like the greatest but anyone in business should know by now they should be standing on there reputation with referrals. All those big dollar ads are smoke shows trying to counteract the truth about this company. I can tell you first hand from my experience and others I know that the employee's knows the deal... Get the customer a appointment as soon as possible so they are locked in to the contract before they realize that they have made a BIG mistake in their choice of Spa's. Everybody smile, act like you care and that you had no idea about big bad corporate policy. The same thiing happened to m years ago.
Pros: Lesson Learned
Cons: Horrible Customer Service. Dishonesty all around.
