Finally I'm done with my treatments there, I can't wait to live that place in the Natick Mall and never come back, don't even look at them, the ladys at the phone provide the worst customer service, they're confused, loud, and rude, the praticioners or employees performing the treaatments, they are not qualified to do any job in any part of the human body, they have not experience at all, if something goes wrong they don't care, they make you believe that's nothing, which I believe is so inmature, this girls don't look professional at all, they are so messy and they want to sell you everything, brainwash you into buy them something, please I'm old enough to know what's looks like a scam this place is a big scam, I had better results buying creams and treatments at any nordstrom.
