They are a Very civilized staff and management, good enough to fix a complicate issue, but I'm happy with the results, they responsible with clients, they make an effort to make you happy, I was very unhappy about a past problem, but know I HAVE TO ADMIT THAT THIS PLACE TAKE ALL IN THEY HANDS TO MAKE YOU SATISFIED. Finally glad to have a happy ending to a issue 2/24/2009

Good staff, specially a couple of them, love Sara, very nice and sweet, months ago a bad issue made my view of the some of the staff go wrong, after an agreement, My view of the staff has changed I think they are good and they have a future in the spa business, CEO and cooporation office are the best too. Perfectly professional place 2/15/2009

I wasn't going to write a review of this place until I saw the terrible things others were saying about it. I went to Sleek in Natick for laser hair removal and they treated me in a perfectly professional and caring manner. I am a dental student and am quite aware of the way a patient should be treated in a medical environment and I thought this place was definitely up to par. The technician was knowledgeable and accommodating, the receptionists were always friendly, and the facilities were always clean. Obviously, everyone has their own point of view of their particular experience. However, I have learned that people will usually treat you the way that you treat them. Therefore, those people that claim to have had bad experiences at Sleek may want to think about the way in which they treated the staff and whether or not the staff reciprocated with the same. AMAZING SERVICE AND WARM ENVIRONMENT 2/11/2009

I was very apprehensive about getting laser hair removal but as soon as I walked into Sleek Med Spa the manager (Sasha) greeted me with warmth and was very understanding of my hesitation. She clearly explained how all the treatments work and described everything I would feel EXACTLY right. I know a lot about products and she didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. The products that she did sell me are GREAT! All in all I would recommend this place to everyone, the location is convenient, the hours are great if you work full time and don't have a lot of time, the spa is so clean and the management and people that work there are amazing and so easy to talk to. Don't even walk in here. That ""free consultation""? It's a trap. It's actually a high pressure sales pitch. I had to tell my sales person that she was making me uncomfortable. Pros: non even one Cons: Enter this place at your own risk!!!!! more

Photo Facial did wonders 2/8/2009

I have suffered from adult acne for as long as I can remember. I had the photo facial and it really cleaned up my skin. The spots and redness have disappeared and my skin looks great. It exceeded my expectations. I plan to have this done regularly. Pros: staff - very knowledgeable more

Very Offended 2/6/2009

The thing that I have to mention that bothers me the most is the fact that I feel somehow discriminated, I?ll explain, my first language is Spanish, I have to admit my English is not to good, but I understand most of it, of course your Spa didn?t care about that, because my friend always was translating during the appointments, and they didn?t care either about the language issue when I paid 600 dollars for the package ( I paid at the spot because I was brainwashed with false expectations) and in one of my last appointments with Sophia I love her but suddenly She was worried about the ?language barrier? I felt discriminated, deeply offended and of course I found that comment extremely offensive. Pros: clean, sara and sophia highly recommended Cons: bad management, dissapoint with the treatment, I felt like they robbed me. more

New Management is Great - New Technology WORKS!!!! 1/7/2009

I have been a client of Sleek Medspa for about 3 years now and have been to a few of the locations. I live right by the Natick location so I tend to go there the most. I must say I had a bumpy start with a manager that was never available and hair removal results that didn't work. I was giving up hope when a new manager started (can't seem to remember her name, but she is Russian) and told me to try the new technology that had for hair removal. I was NOT happy that I had to pay a little more to do more sessions so the manager lowered cost significantly they also gave it to me with a LIFETIME guarantee - this gave me hope. Now 4 treatments in and I have NO HAIR!!!! This is what I have always wanted. I can tell this company has made a lot of changes and the technology is beyond amazing- If you have issues ask to speak with the manager - she really turned things around for me. tried to get an appoinment, and this blond chick looked at me like she was doing me a favor, she was not!! I needed an appointment for a treatment that I paid for, she looked at me like she was high on something or maybe she didn't understand what I was saying. I didn't appreciate it at all. more

Amazing Smartlipo results and staff! 1/6/2009

I recently underwent the Smartlipo procedure in the Natick location of Sleek Medspa. I am SO happy with my results! It is really amazing... I had tried everything and this is the first time I have actually been impressed with anything that is out there on the market. Dr. Ishoo was extremely knowledgeable about the procedure and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Also, his two assistants were so accommodating and made me feel really comfortable throughout my visits there. I would definitely recommend going to Sleek for the Smartlipo if you are looking for a warm, friendly, comfortable environment in which to get this done. Pros: Knowledgeable, friendly staff. Clean, modern facilities. Cons: None! more

Not what I expected, save your money for a real dermatologist!!!! 12/21/2008

If you have have skin issues please don't even get close to this place at the Natick Mall, I was convinced to pay for a treatment for large pores spots, uneven skin tone, after almost 6 months, I HAVE LARGER PORES after a serious of chemical peelings gone wrong, don't wasste your time and money, they are NOT real professionals, they don't really know how to treat their patients, I just want my money back, but that seems impossible since I signed a contract, I'd love to go back in time and not even walked into that horrible place. Really hard to get ahold of the practicioners, dread to go back 11/25/2008

Horrible customer service I called them and at first they denied the practitioners what I was looking for, they told me that they were off, 10 minutes later they told me that they were available????? receptionist don't knw how to they work, they were clueless, I fount that very rude specially when I needed to talk with a practioner very urgent, totally disrespecfull, I'm not happy with the results of the treatment, it's like a nightmare, not looking forward to keep looking back to this place at Natick Mall, I'm hoping to have a conversation with a manager. Terrible Experience 11/16/2008

Mostly at the Newbury Location, but have been to more than one. Went for Lipodissolve and Laser Hair Removal. Scammed completely on both. Can anyone recommend another place that offers these services? Cons: Overpriced, Doesn't work, staff lies and only cares about making the sale more

I was given a gift card and received my skin treatments at this location and am very happy. I thought the staff was helpful and careful to explain everything. They did not pressure me into anything. I very like my new smooth skin and just bought a laser hair removal package and the price was very reasonable. more

Customer service the worst that you can imagine Natick Mall 11/3/2008

I don't have words to explain the frustration that I have with spa in the Natick mall, they always booked, and when they make me wait for my appointment, nice waiting room, but the water tank is just for decoration, when I tried to get some water is empty, when you call to talk with some specific person, there said is not available when actually is at the spa, they always say no. This is a place in which the practice of dermatology is a game, they hardly have any skills, microdremabrassion only gives you a lot of sand all over you, hair, mouth, neck, and after thata lot of dry skin, really not worthy. Pros: I can't find any Cons: worst place to get a treatment more

Bad treatments, rude people, not recommended at all 11/1/2008

You don't want to go there, they will lie to you about results, almost 2000 dollars on laser treatments, so far the same scars, I think this was the worst cosmetic option that I took, no experinece, I would say that in this place don't care about results they only care about selling treatments and obagy creams, they probably get comission if they get people into buy treatments. Cons: cold, no skills at all, risky practice of dermatology. more
