I don't have words to explain the frustration that I have with spa in the Natick mall, they always booked, and when they make me wait for my appointment, nice waiting room, but the water tank is just for decoration, when I tried to get some water is empty, when you call to talk with some specific person, there said is not available when actually is at the spa, they always say no.
Pros: clean place
Cons: all that you can imagine
