I have been a client of Sleek Medspa for about 3 years now and have been to a few of the locations. I live right by the Natick location so I tend to go there the most. I must say I had a bumpy start with a manager that was never available and hair removal results that didn't work. I was giving up hope when a new manager started (can't seem to remember her name, but she is Russian) and told me to try the new technology that had for hair removal. I was NOT happy that I had to pay a little more to do more sessions so the manager lowered cost significantly they also gave it to me with a LIFETIME guarantee - this gave me hope. Now 4 treatments in and I have NO HAIR!!!! This is what I have always wanted. I can tell this company has made a lot of changes and the technology is beyond amazing- If you have issues ask to speak with the manager - she really turned things around for me.
Pros: Very Clean, New Technology, Nice Staff
Cons: A little hard to book first appointment
