The thing that I have to mention that bothers me the most is the fact that I feel somehow discriminated, I?ll explain, my first language is Spanish, I have to admit my English is not to good, but I understand most of it, of course your Spa didn?t care about that, because my friend always was translating during the appointments, and they didn?t care either about the language issue when I paid 600 dollars for the package ( I paid at the spot because I was brainwashed with false expectations) and in one of my last appointments with Sophia I love her but suddenly She was worried about the ?language barrier? I felt discriminated, deeply offended and of course I found that comment extremely offensive.
Pros: clean, sara and sophia highly recommended
Cons: bad management, dissapoint with the treatment, I felt like they robbed me.
