Excellant Customer Service 10/17/2013

I had the best experience with Skill Craft. They were very professional and their customer service was amazing, I dropped my car on a Monday (and if they were delivered the right part) I would 've had my car back that Friday. Fast, great quality work. I would recommend them to anyone looking for body work! A+ all around. Such a pleasure to do business with again! more

Excellent work 9/19/2013

We have had 2 different cars worked on and the quality is great along with the great customer service. I highly recommend Skill Craft for any kind of repair your car may need. My husband is very picky when it comes to our vehicles and this is the only place he will go. more

Fantastic Treatment 9/8/2013

My truck was rear-ended on the freeway. Minor damage but needed to be fixed. Skill Craft was #1 rated by AAA and I agree. From my first contact I was meet with nothing but courteous, friendly and professional treatments. The parts received did not meet Skill Crafts standard and new replacement parts were ordered. My truck was ready as promised and washed. Skill Craft handled my loaner car had it at the shop clean and read to go when I dropped off my truck. I can't say enough good things about them. Please keep up the great service. more

My second experience with SkillCraft. 9/5/2013

I returned to Skill Craft for a second time in a year, with a different car and both mishaps were not my fault. The customer service is impeccable, they knew I was coming, rental car ready and they knew what they were doing. My car got whacked on the right rear quarter panel. They didn't leave a note, but a witness did. Police were called and they tracked down the hit and run guy. I met Lewis at SC and he inspected the damage. He noticed my left rear tire and rim had a slight scratch. He polished it and performed a 4 wheel alignment. Something I hadn't noticed. The car was returned in 4 days, perfect. Thank you Skill Craft. more

From the first introduction to the last handshake my contact here (Mark) was professional, knowledgeable and exceeded my expectations. Since I have managed staff and currently run my own business, I can tell you I would be a happy person if I could find a Mark every time I was looking to hire! Excellent service & great work! 8/17/2013

After a recent car accident, Skill Craft repaired my car. It looks better than before. All of the employees were so nice and helpful. The work was done quickly and the paperwork was minimal. Car accidents are never pleasant, but Skill Craft made the repair process painless! more

Skill Craft did a Excellent Job on my Car Repairs 8/7/2013

It started with parking on my car one morning about a Month ago, and the next thing I know someone who is trying to parallel park their car in front of me runs into my car. Not the best way to start your day. I get referred to Skill Craft to get it fixed and didn't expect to much, maybe just average service. I was greeted by Lewis Bui who handled by Service at Skill Craft. Lewis is very personable and was quick to get all the quotes for the repairs. I really liked Lewis, he handled everything perfectly and when I got my car back everything was better then New. We need more people like Lewis in this world! Would not go anywhere else. 7/2/2013

I originally used Skill Craft for my Nissan Altima years ago and loved them. They did a great job on the repair. Kept in touch and kept me up to date on the repair cost and leadtime to get my car back. I was recently rear ended and took my Toyota back to them. I love their work and professionalism. Would not go anywhere else and would recommend them to everyone! more

Customer Service Needs an Overhaul! 6/1/2013

Service was completed within one day of the promised time, but no one from the shop ever called to inform me of the status. Every contact I had with the body shop was initiated by me! There was also one small area on the car that was not corrected. When I pointed it out to my rep his reply was "Sorry. Was that caused by the accident?" YES. It was! I came to you after reading such good reviews, including Skill Craft's top customer service. I do not share the same sentiment. more

I WAS INVOLVED IN AN AUTO ACCIDENT I GOT A REFERRAL TO USE THE SERVICES OF SKILL CRAFT- THE REST IS MY STORY 5/18/2013

I AM TOTALLY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM SKILL CRAFT. WHEN I FIRST CAME TO THE OFFICE THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND TOOK THE TIME TO ANSWER MY CONCERNS AND WORK WITH ME. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE REVIEWS ON THE WALLS. THIS ASSURED ME THAT I WAS IN THE RIGHT PLACE.I GOT GREAT SERVICE FROM MARK ANCHETA. HE EMAILED ME EVERYDAY AND GAVE ME AN APPRAISAL OF THE WORK AND INCLUDED PICTURES OF THE CAR. THIS SERVICE CERTAINLY GAVE ME A SENSE OF RELIEF THAT I DID CHOOSE THE RIGHT COMPANY. WHEN I RECEIVED THE CALL THAT THE CAR WAS READY I WAS CONCERNED THAT I MIGHT NOT MAKE IT ON TIME, I CALLED THE COMPANY AND EXPLAINED THAT I WAS STUCK IN TRAFFIC, MARK RESPONDED, "DON'T WORRY, WE WILL NOT LEAVE UNTIL YOU COME, TAKE YOUR TIME." I WILL DEFINITELY ENCOURAGE MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO USE THE SERVICES OF THIS COMPANY. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND NEVER STOP WHERE YOU'RE AT THE COMPETITION ONLY GETS BETTER. Top Notch Service 5/7/2013

Great service in repairing my Toyota Camry bumper. I had brought the car in mid-morning Monday and I picked up my repaired car by Tuesday at 1:00 PM. The workmanship was superb. That is excellent service. Great job by everyone on the Skill Craft staff more
