Reliable and knowledgeable 11/4/2011

My wife had a small fender bender and the team at SkillCraft were quick and accurate in their time estimates and they are well versed in dealing with auto insurance so there were no hassles at all. And the car looks like nothing ever happened. more

Best Body Shop 11/1/2011

As usual guys, GREAT JOB!!! I have been a customer of Skillcraft for over 20 years and three cars. I have had just about every repair, body work and paint job etc and Skillcraft has done it all for me. The office staff are ALWAYS polite and efficient. In fact they call me to give me an update on my car even before the claims examiner at my insurance company has a chance to call me. Every question answered and rental cars--no problem---they can handle that too. One stop shoppping. :) As for the staff that handles the repairs--EXCELLENT!! My cars have always been returned to me like new. If Skillcraft can't repair it then no one can. Don't take your car anwhere else. You have a lifetime, loyal customer. Very satisfied with the service and professionalism of Skill Craft. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised that they washed, vacumed the car. Their service was timely and assisting my wife with a ride home when she dropped the car off was an added plus. Last year I used them to repair my Tundra truck that was rear ended when it was only a few weeks old. They did a fast and professional job. I would use their service in the future. more

From start to finish Mark and his team took control 10/10/2011

From the time my daughter dropped off her car Mark was there and had every thing in place for us. He kept us up todate with the repairs and had the car finished ahead of schedule. Skill Craft did a great job and they are very professional with great quality. more

Made the painful painless 9/27/2011

I was dreading the whole process and nobody wants to spend their time at a body shop getting their vehicle repaired. But I was helped immediately, quickly and professionally The rep was courteous, evaluated my vehicle quickly and provided a written estimate within a few minutes. When the work was completed it was done very well and my car was cleaned (I didn't expect that!). I don't ever want to have to go to a body shop again for obvious reasons but if i do or if i have to recommend one, this is it. more

Outstanding Job! 8/16/2011

I have been going to Skill Craft for over 15 years. They have always provided the best service and a high quality repair job -- my car is always like new.From the moment you walk in the door the service is front and center. Mark assesses the damage, and Kris the receptionist handles the paper work smoothly and quickly. They stay in constant touch with my insurance company and notify me about progress and when the car will be ready. I would never go anywhere else...I did once and they painted the hood of my car the wrong color!! Would never happen at Skill Craft!! more
