Outstanding service. 8/10/2010

I walked into Skill Craft to get an estimate for my scratched front left fender, and Steve said he could buff it out and it would look 80% better or I could have the fender removed and painted for much more. I opted for buffing, and got beautiful results. For this wonderful serviced and results, he didn't charge me. I am overcome with gratitude and appreciation. I was already a repeat customer, and I will continue to go to Skill Craft for all my body repair needs. more

My car looks brand new! 8/10/2010

The car looks beautiful. Mike was very clear abut what needed to be done and the work looks first class. Hopefully, I won't need body work again. However, if I do I'll certainly bring it back to Skill Craft. Thanks again. more

Very responsive but with a few delays 8/9/2010

Overall, great experience with responsive service. Mike did all of the legwork with the insurance for me. My vehicle did take a week longer than was anticipated, however, but still a relatively pleasant experience. more

Due to the fact that I had to return the vehicle the next day because the paint had cracked across the door which I had repaired and painted. I would say above average. The customer service was excellent, the reason I chose to go there in the first place, but I have to say I was disappointed that I had to go back and have them redo the door again. I received the vehicle back today and it looks great more

Excellent Customer Service! 7/28/2010

My insurance company recommended Skill Craft to me after I was rear ended. I was not happy to deal with the whole sitatuion, but Skill Craft made it as easy and as convenient of a process as it could be. They gave me attentive service the moment I walked through the door, helped me get a rental car, called me with frequent updates, and completed repairs ahead of the estimated time. It was never a guessing game with Skill Craft and I much appreciated that. more

I'm so happy with the service I got from Skill Craft! They took great care of me and I couldn't be happier with the outcome of my repair. A lot of autobody shops don't take the time to answer customer questions but Mark was great about making sure I was fully informed every step of the way. He was wonderful! more

THE EXPERIENCE WAS RELATIVELY PAINLESS. MIKE WAS EFFICIENT. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT MISSED PAINTING ONE PART AND THE BACK DOOR WOULD NOT OPEN. DECIDED THE PART WAS FINE, DIDN'T HAVE IT PAINTED. MIKE GOT THE DOOR FIXED WITHIN 10 MINUTES WHEN I TOOK IT BACK. more

Very professional operation, and they did great work 6/30/2010

I was impressed with how professional and friendly all the employees were. They were efficient. They kept me informed about the work that needed to be done, how much it would cost, and when my car would be ready. They did a great job. Now that it's been repaired, no one could tell that my rear bumper had been damaged. more

Especially the fact that all partners worked well together and did their jobs - Farmers' Insurance, Skillcraft, and Enterprise Rental. I felt like all three entities were on the same page (same system, working together). Skillcraft, in particular, did not keep me waiting, had friendly and efficient service and I felt that I had extra value in working with Skillcraft... keep up the good work! more

My wife was involved in a front end collision. They worked great with my insurance company and kept me informed at every step. I was never left to wonder what they were doing or when I could expect to get my vehicle back. more

The car was repaired perfectly. It looked like a new car when it was done. The shop worked hard to get it done fast as I needed it pronto! We have used the shop often, and we would not go anywhere else for service. more

I had a great experience with their customer service from everyone I dealt with from the front office and the repairs exceeded my expectations. Very easy to deal with, they handle everything professionally, kept me informed and my car was repaired on time as promised. I recommend Skill Craft to all my friends and family. more

Professional and quality work. 4/29/2010

I have been using Skill Craft Body Shop Inc. for about 15 years. Anytime a vehicle is involved in an accident or needs a touch-up I take it there. My cars are usually either Toyota or Lexis, and Skill Craft do great work on them. I will go to them even if the insurance company would prefer me to take it somewhere else. They are very professional and do quality work with original parts. They are the only place I go. When I get my cars back from them everything is always as I expect. However, I am confident that if there was a problem they would always correct it. I highly recommend them. Bob Nordheim more
