I am a x4 repeat customer and have had my Lincoln LS repaired x3 for rear end damage and x1 for front passenger side damage when I was not even in the car. My rear bumper seems to be a magnet for collisions. On every occasion Skillcraft have taken care of the problem and worked in conjunction with AAA. I do not have any criticsm at all, as the car has been fixed to a very high standard, at least as good as new. The paint they use is certainly better than the original. I will continue to recommend this repairshop as they make an unpleasant situation very pleasant again. Your car will be returned to you as good as new. more

I have nothing negative to report. The people I met were all professional in the highest sense. Informative and courteous. The cost of the repairs also seemed to be reasonable although the insurance paid for all of it. I would recommend this shop to anyone. more

Had my car fixed recently, everything went great. Car was in and out in 8 days for a pretty extensive fender bender. My car wasn't completely fixed because of previous body work, it would have been cool if they could have fixed it or tried to work something out( I was just bummed I expected my car to look the same as before the accident, there are some problems now still) but I understand the insurance may not feel the same way. Lewis was really helpful, I actually have to bug him one last time... A part they just replaced fell off and is already screwed up, lets see what their policy on this is... more

I initially chose Skillcraft because they were recommended by my insturance company. I haven't needed a body shop in many years so I was a little nervous. I was impressed with their professionalism the minute I walked in the door and that professionalism carried through with their customer service, follow through and ultimate results. This past year hasn't been a good year for me and my vehicles but Skillcraft has helped to ease those difficult times. more

About a month ago I was in a hit and run on the freeway. My insurance agent suggested Skill Craft to repair my car. Bob was the estimator we worked with and he is a great person and professional. As soon as the claim adjuster left, the Skill Craft crew got to work. I am impressed with how clean the shop is, how kind and knowledgeable the employees are, and their craftsmanship. Bob kept me informed every step of the way. Although I was without a car for two weeks, it now drives as good as new. Hopefully, I will not have to get repair done again, but if I do, I will return to Skill Craft. more

After experiencing a nasty car accident on the 5 freeway that left the front and underneath of my car damaged, I thought I'd never really have a good as new car again. Fortunately I was proven wrong. A family member had recommended Skill Craft, having had more than one good experience, and knowing that they worked with AAA I immediately chose their location for my car. The representative Mark was the one who took care of my situation and I really was pleased. Not only did everything get explained and clarified, but I was given constant updates during the week (via email amd phone) about the progress and status of my car. It allowed me to keep track and I didn't feel out of the loop or like it was some secrecy they were conducting and I'd just be stuck with a potentially successful final product. And when my car was finally ready (which was less than 12 days after I dropped it off - good time for all the damage it endured and parts it required) I drove it home and tested it out over the weekend to find that it felt like it just came out of the dealership. Good or better than new and ready for (the safe) road again! And of course I was also glad to see that they did follow up with me afterwards to ensure my satisfaction with the car. So not only were the repairs great but the customer service as well. Makes even the average Joe feel like a mechanic pro with how in the loop you are with your car's updates. Definitely the new body/repair shop for my car (hoping that it doesn't become a constant necessity though)! more
