Was very pleased with Dr Rich and his staff. They were very thorough with my exam and cleaning. Unfortunately for me, I needed a crown. He and his assistant were very skilled, gentle and caring. Dr Rich called me the evening after doing the crown to see how I was feeling. I have never had a dentist call after hours, very impressive! more

I am not the biggest fan of the dentist but have had many dental problems. I have gone to quite a few dentists in the past and never have I found an office more considerate of your comfort. Everywhere else I have gone the novacaine (sp?) shots always hurt like....well you know. But at Dr Rich's office I never even feel them. They are always friendly, upfront with pricing and do their best to please everyone. Even gave me my own pair of goggles to take home since I dislike the smell of the cleaner on the other ones. This office is a gem and I am glad I finally found a dentist Im not terrified to go to. more

I had some discomfort over the weekend and when I called Monday morning they made the time to see me even though I had an appointment on Wednesday. Met Dr.Travelle for the first time and was very impressed. He is very personable as well as knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. Thank you! more

Being a new patient and not having insurance Judy was very nice and understanding and did not send me away. Dr. Rich was very nice and gentle being that was in pain from a broken tooth. Dr. Rich was upfront about not being able to fix it and took the time to explain why. The assistant set everything up with the oral surgeon which was very helpful. more

Dr. Rich and his staff did an amazing job with my 5 year old daughter. She is pretty bashful and this was an experience that could have impacted her ability to go to the dentist for the rest of her life. She nearly fell asleep during the procedure and had no issue with the whole thing. Kudos to you and your staff Dr. Rich. more

I had been going to the same dentist for about 10 years, until my best friend said I needed to try her dentist. I was hesitant, but glad I made the switch! They have made paying the bill bearable, making appointments is easy and very accomodating. They are always kind the moment you walk into the door. I can not believe I didn't go there sooner! more

Consistently over the past two years they staff, facility, tools, technology and care are all top shelf. Never have all of the above come together in such a way in my lifetime. more

Today I had almost 3 hours worth of dental work done--cavities galore, but as always Dr. Rich and his staff were and remain to be awesome. Half-way through I was given a break. They are always super attentive and carefully watch and observe to see if you are in the least bit of discomfort and if you are, they immediately remedy the situation. If I had 10 thumbs, they would all be up to Dr. Rich and his courteous staff!! more

Dr. Rich's office always supplies the best service I have experienced in any clinic, Dr. or Dentist. His staff are efficient, knowledgable, warm and caring at all times and they ensure you are seen promptly at your appointed time and get you on your way with the least amount of disruption to your day. I couldn't ask for a better setting or care. more

I have to have 2 crowns redone that were first done by a dentist in Gig Harbor. I am difficult to get numb and anxious when it comes to the dentist. Dr Rich and Lita just kept reassuring me that some people need more numbing agent than others and that it's not my fault that I require more. They were very patient and listened quickly and completely. They noticed when my brow furrowed and recognized that I needed additional navacaine. This may be the first time that I have been completely numb for a procedure that has otherwise always been painful and stressful. I told Dr Rich that I want him to be my dentist for the rest of my life. He smiled. I work in healthcare and prefer to be a client where the staff get their breaks and are happy to be there. This is a caring environment where they prioritize well in caring for the needs of the patients and the staff. more

I really like this place. Everytime I call or go in I get top notch attention and care. Things operate like clock work at this dentist office and everyone there is a class act. The care and dental work is superior! more

I find this to be the the best u\run medical office of any I have ever used. Of course it begins at the the top with Dr. Rich and spreads throughout each department. The first and foremost concern is your dental care, but included is a genuine concern for you as a person and your medical state outside denistry as well. This group of dental professionals deserves the highest number of stars available. more

Professionalism, Performance and Productivity are all excellent. My most recent visit to Dr. Rich was a unplanned last minute insert into the daily office schedule. I was in Auburn and had but 36 hours before my return flight to Anchorage when I received a reminder call to schedule my semi-annual cleaning. when the office personnel found out that I was in town and was leaving they immediately went to work to get me into their schedule, within minutes I had a appointment for the following morning at 8:30am. Upon arrival I was greeted with a sincere and pleasant "Hi Greg, how was your trip?" within minutes "Kelly" introduced herself, led me to a well lit room, made me feel welcome and performed a great service in cleaning and exam while reviewing my last visit status. Dr. Rich did another exam and let me know what needed to be achieved on my next visit. When leaving I again was escorted to the front desk where I was warmly greeted and notified of the financial process and given another sincere "Thank You". Needless to say but well earned, I rate this office and all personnel with the highest recommendation possible. if anyone is searching for the BEST, look no further, you have found it here in the "Simply Smiles" office. greg Pascua Auburn/Anchorage more

Very considerate, kind, knowledgeable people work with Dr. Rich. Always a smile and your their #1 concern not only when you are in the chair but always a call follows the appointment to verify how you are doing. Dr. Rich is a wonderful dentist and keeps abreast of the new techniques to make our lives better. Try and get this type of service somewhere else? I don't think so. more

Everyone was nice and friendly. I showed up early for an 11 o'clock appointment and was in the room by 11: 10. I made my appointment for a time and day that worked for me. Great service! more
