I am not the biggest fan of the dentist but have had many dental problems. I have gone to quite a few dentists in the past and never have I found an office more considerate of your comfort. Everywhere else I have gone the novacaine (sp?) shots always hurt like....well you know. But at Dr Rich's office I never even feel them. They are always friendly, upfront with pricing and do their best to please everyone. Even gave me my own pair of goggles to take home since I dislike the smell of the cleaner on the other ones. This office is a gem and I am glad I finally found a dentist Im not terrified to go to.
