I have to have 2 crowns redone that were first done by a dentist in Gig Harbor. I am difficult to get numb and anxious when it comes to the dentist. Dr Rich and Lita just kept reassuring me that some people need more numbing agent than others and that it's not my fault that I require more. They were very patient and listened quickly and completely. They noticed when my brow furrowed and recognized that I needed additional navacaine. This may be the first time that I have been completely numb for a procedure that has otherwise always been painful and stressful. I told Dr Rich that I want him to be my dentist for the rest of my life. He smiled. I work in healthcare and prefer to be a client where the staff get their breaks and are happy to be there. This is a caring environment where they prioritize well in caring for the needs of the patients and the staff.
