Professionalism, Performance and Productivity are all excellent. My most recent visit to Dr. Rich was a unplanned last minute insert into the daily office schedule. I was in Auburn and had but 36 hours before my return flight to Anchorage when I received a reminder call to schedule my semi-annual cleaning. when the office personnel found out that I was in town and was leaving they immediately went to work to get me into their schedule, within minutes I had a appointment for the following morning at 8:30am. Upon arrival I was greeted with a sincere and pleasant "Hi Greg, how was your trip?"
within minutes "Kelly" introduced herself, led me to a well lit room, made me feel welcome and performed a great service in cleaning and exam while reviewing my last
visit status. Dr. Rich did another exam and let me know what needed to be achieved on my next visit. When leaving I again was escorted to the front desk where I was warmly greeted and notified of the financial process and given another sincere "Thank You".
Needless to say but well earned, I rate this office and all personnel with the highest recommendation possible. if anyone is searching for the BEST, look no further, you have found it here in the "Simply Smiles" office.
