It took me over 20 years to visit a dentist after a very bad experience with one. Well, lets face it, nobody really likes going to the dentist but when you have a bad experience, you really do not go. I was PARANOID of dentists. Well, a lost filling made me take the plunge, but that plunge took two years after loosing it on Christmas Morning. With it starting to hurt, I knew it had to be done....YIKES!!! Well, I learned of Dr. Rich's office and listened to the stories. Feeling a little confident, away I went. Boy was I surprised. They were very professional, explained the process every step of the way and use the most modern equipment and methods possible. They have taken the "fear factor" out of my mind. With their style of dentistry, I for see myself again starting a regular process of dental care. Thank you for every thing. more
