This had to be one of the worst experiences I've ever encountered while purchasing furniture. Our furniture was ordered months before the baby was due. When we had the room ready to go we were told the furniture was waiting for us. I rented a u-haul and went to pick up the furniture to find 3 of the pieces were not in yet. After dealing with Mark, the head of Simon's, I was put on hold again and again with claims the "over-seas" distributor was at fault and eventually I was just brushed aside. We finally got one piece last month and the remaining two today, nearly 6 months after the original purchase date. When I encountered Mark about the poor service he claimed he offered an additional piece, at no charge. When I went to redeem this piece I was told I would be charged $200 for it. Outraged, I plead for another case of a discount off my overall price and now, once again, I am on hold for three more days. It is a never-ending battle with this company. The delivery is unreliabl
