I had ordered a bunk-bed set from another store and it was supposed to be delivered Sep 22nd. Sep 28th the store called and said it would be another month until delivery. I canceled the order, but was in a jam then. We had 9 guests coming for the weekend Oct1st, and our social worker for our post-adoption visit was coming for a house inspection Sep 30th!! I called Simons, told Mark exactly what I wanted and when (immediately!), and he talked me through a website to see the bunk-bed available immediately. I gave him my credit card on the phone, and picked up the set the next day. I've never had such great service in my life!!
