We heard good word of mouth reviews from other families here in Rochester. Store staff were very friendly during registry set up in the summer of 2012. Later, though, we found several items that never made it onto our registry. A friend called to inquire about the stroller we listed. They took it off the registry even though she never bought it. My parents had wanted to buy that too and were disappointed. In the end, no one bought it for us. After that, another friend bought an item that we never got. When we went to the store to clarify this in November 2012, they had no receipt of its purchase. Our friend called her credit card company which verified that the store had charged her for the purchase. While at the store, we also noted a gift item bought for us sitting waiting for delivery for the past week. We were told the delivery guy had been very busy but it was planned to go out the next day. Of course. We just took it with us that night. One of the owners met with us and said they
