Review content:
We were shopping for Britax car seat over $200, they appeared to have the lowest price. I confirmed w/mgr and associate several times, that it was the current year's model. Only to find out once I got it home, that it was a 2 year old model. When I demanded a full refund mgr refused and wanted to charge me $25 restocking fee, as if it were my fault! In addition when he installed the seat, he came out w/o the box and charged us extra for a strap we later found out had been part of the orginal pkg. Each time we had been the store prior to this the mgr has been cold and rude. This store is not what it appears to be! Don't waste your time going there, can get better service at buybuy baby and better quality and prices shopping online.
