I hope and pray that you learn from this absolutely horrible event. To treat someone poorly who is looking at wigs, whether they buy or not, is not what an employee usually does. Let alone an owner to follow. Scary to think how one little blog has reached. Customer service is not a lost art. You might want to do some reading on how to change the way you run your store before it goes out of business.
