I don't know where to begin with how much I enjoyed ShadesToYou. I ordered plantation shutters and they came and installed them seamlessly. They really made an effort to show that they cared about me as a customer and I really appreciate that. What makes me so satisfied is their promptness and friendliness. I trusted them to do a good job and they went beyond my expectations. Absolutely pleased. more

My experience with ShadesToYou was very good. The staff was all very nice and courteous. They came to my home and checked on the job. They got all of the proper measurements and showed me the different samples. When the shutters were ready to be installed, the installer did a really good job. I was very satisfied with the whole experience. more

My designer dreamt up something for my windows. I went to ShadesToYou with the unusual order, and they were extremely accommodating. Denise, the woman who came out initially, was wonderful. It took about twelve weeks for the order to come in, but the installation took only a day. The installers were quick and professional. Their work was excellent. Everything came out beautifully. I would definitely recommend others to use their services, as well. more

The salesperson at ShadesToYou was wonderful. The installer did not have the proper tools to make a clean cut when it wasn't a standard window but we had them so it wasn't a big deal. I would just think an installer would have the proper tools. We didn't have a hard time making appointments, even during the Thanksgiving holidays, they were able to accommodate me when I was available. The installer was there right on time which, is not an occurrence that happens often in Florida with contractors. more

ShadesToYou were very professional. Denise, the rep, was very friendly and thorough. We actually had two different quotes from another company but Shades gave me the warranty info and I just thought they were much more professional. I actually $1,000 more on the shades from them because I felt better about the company and the service. more

Tremendous job! We love them! 9/20/2013

We had ugly vertical blinds, so we called ShadesToYou to install new beautiful shutters in the front of our house. They had a lot of nice choices. Our sales agent, Jenny, was delightful and really helpful in making the right decision. We placed the order, and within 6-8 weeks, they came to install everything. The installer who came was well-prepared, courteous, helpful, and efficient. He worked really quickly and was on top of everything. It took him less than an hour to complete the installation. Everyone that we worked with was very professional. They did a tremendous job for us, and we love them for it! more

Not accommodating with scheduling. Awaiting repair on customized shades. 9/19/2013

My experience with ShadesToYou was mediocre. The lady who initially came out was great, but the one who was responsible for scheduling was not as friendly or nice. She did not seem to work with me and made it seem like she was kind of bothered to have to accommodate me as the customer. As far as our order was concerned, we ordered shades for our French doors. We paid a lot of extra money to have them customized in order to fit with the door handles. After the installation, we found that every time we closed it, the door would not shut properly. It needs to be repaired or replaced. I keep trying to schedule an appointment, but they told me their main installer was out of town until next month. I thought that was kind of strange, but I am hoping they will still fix it for me. I would say to go with another company for your shades needs. ShadesToYou's customer service is not above and beyond, and I would not recommend them. more

I used ShadesToYou to have blinds installed for all of my windows throughout my house in Orlando. The work was done on time. Nothing went wrong, so the experience was okay overall. more

I'm very satisfied. What they did is working! 9/3/2013

ShadesToYou installed shutters in all the windows of my house. I did it in three separate sections and orders. I was very happy with the first installment. On the second one, I have to say I waited a very long time for my shutters (almost double what they had estimated). Then when I got home, they were the wrong color! ShadesToYou were obviously very good about replacing them and fixing the problem, though. It was just a lot of waiting, so that's why I have to say four stars for the experience altogether. Other than that, everything was very good. In fact, I had a situation on my patio that I didn't know how to solve for the fifteen years I've been in this house. The ShadesToYou salesgirl did some research, and I had outdoor shutters installed. I'm so happy because my patio furniture is staying dry now instead of getting molded from rain coming in, especially in the summers here. more

Horrible service...asked them to contact me via e-mail and they kept calling my work number. Advised of my situation and what I needed and they were extremely rude to me, they even h/up on me on the phone! Working on the phone myself I would NEVER be rude to anyone providing me with some service...I don't know if their prices are good or not as they made it almost impossible for me to get an estimate... more

Did a fabulous job, responsive to my needs, and cared that I was happy 8/1/2013

ShadesToYou did a bunch of drapes for some really big glass french doors. They put in panels for the windows and doors. They did the living room, family room, three bedrooms, and four bathrooms. They came and it was done over the course of three visits because a few things were missing and had to get back. Everything is marvelous. It has added to the elegance of the house. They really did a fabulous job. I would definitely recommend them. If I won the lotto and bought a house that was worth millions of dollars, I would have them do the windows for that house. more

Great showroom, competitive pricing 7/3/2013

Shades to You was magnificent and that's in part due to Marsha, she was great. They were wonderful and they looked for even more discounts for me in addition to the 100 dollar off coupon I had. They did the analysis and decided on what to do for me and for a business, I felt they were on my side and a classy operation. They came on time, returned phone calls immediately and had competitive pricing. Their showroom is terrific and they have great customer service. more

Great customization and shade cover 6/4/2013

Shades to You designed the shade cover in an arch with fabric for our home. It was designed a little too large but they quickly repaired it and it was perfect. We also used them for shutters and they did a great job on those. They weren't designed, but they were customized to fit the window and the recommended product worked very well. I have one in a bathroom shower that needed some masking so you couldn't see the silhouette of anyone in the shower from the outside of our home. The shutters were the perfect option for that problem. The installer and sales rep Denise did a fabulous job and I would highly recommend them! more

ShadesToYou was just fantastic. The woman who came, Marsha, measured everything. She was very friendly and warm and I would highly recommend anybody to call her. As soon as she came in I thought to myself that I felt comfortable, unlike other places I've been. Each time I couldn't be home when they did the installation but my mother was home. Marsha came with the installers to make sure everything was perfect. The people that measured were so caring. I just put new tile down so he made sure it wasn't scratched. They took the extra time to be careful. Something had to be replaced and they replaced it quicker than expected. I can't express how happy I am with the blinds. I am very pleased. I love it! They are absolutely beautiful. I asked Marsha for recommendations and she was right on target for what would match. They have immediate responses to their customers and are reliable. ShadesToYou cares and is dedicated to their customers. They want to satisfy their customers. more

ShadesToYou's sales representative, Jenn Domeck, was great! She came out and measured everything, to ensure the product was just right. My only dissatisfaction with the experience was that I had to wait two weeks to have the installation done. more
