The salesperson at ShadesToYou was wonderful. The installer did not have the proper tools to make a clean cut when it wasn't a standard window but we had them so it wasn't a big deal. I would just think an installer would have the proper tools.
We didn't have a hard time making appointments, even during the Thanksgiving holidays, they were able to accommodate me when I was available. The installer was there right on time which, is not an occurrence that happens often in Florida with contractors.
