My experience with ShadesToYou was mediocre. The lady who initially came out was great, but the one who was responsible for scheduling was not as friendly or nice. She did not seem to work with me and made it seem like she was kind of bothered to have to accommodate me as the customer. As far as our order was concerned, we ordered shades for our French doors. We paid a lot of extra money to have them customized in order to fit with the door handles. After the installation, we found that every time we closed it, the door would not shut properly. It needs to be repaired or replaced. I keep trying to schedule an appointment, but they told me their main installer was out of town until next month. I thought that was kind of strange, but I am hoping they will still fix it for me. I would say to go with another company for your shades needs. ShadesToYou's customer service is not above and beyond, and I would not recommend them.
