ShadesToYou was just fantastic. The woman who came, Marsha, measured everything. She was very friendly and warm and I would highly recommend anybody to call her. As soon as she came in I thought to myself that I felt comfortable, unlike other places I've been. Each time I couldn't be home when they did the installation but my mother was home. Marsha came with the installers to make sure everything was perfect.
The people that measured were so caring. I just put new tile down so he made sure it wasn't scratched. They took the extra time to be careful. Something had to be replaced and they replaced it quicker than expected. I can't express how happy I am with the blinds. I am very pleased. I love it! They are absolutely beautiful. I asked Marsha for recommendations and she was right on target for what would match.
They have immediate responses to their customers and are reliable. ShadesToYou cares and is dedicated to their customers. They want to satisfy their customers.
