Long Time Order 12/23/2011

I ordered 2 parts over 15 days ago. I know you got my order because you took the money (15 days ago). According to the tracker, one item is on back order, the other???? Who knows. I just know it didn't get here. So far, I grade you at a "D-". Don't know if you'll do anything except take my money. I certainly haven't heard a word from you, even though I have sent several messages. more

SEWING MACHINE GEARS AND VIDEO 12/17/2011

The parts arrived the other day and worked just fine. The video was great, I could not have completed the job without the information. I put the parts in just as instructed and greased it up. The machine I have is exactly like the one in the video. It is an old JC Penney machine Model 7057. The Online list does not show the gears for this machine but I found the gear listed under the Singer 7101. They work just fine , the only difference is the feed line gear has two screws and mine only has one screw, but it works. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE PARTS AND SERVICE. more

Great Service 11/23/2011

I recently ordered a needle plate for my Pfaff serger. I tried to get it locally but two places in OR and WA gave me the run around. They said they couldn't get it b/c my serger was so old. I found Sewing Parts Online, ordered it on Sat and had it on Thurs. They were terrific! I would highly recommend them. more

i got their online address from an internet search. i wrote to them so ask if they had a certain replacement bulb for a model of sewing machine. they responded quickly and said they did. i sent in an order and had it in less than i week i think. when we tried it, we couldn't get it to work so we asked if we could get a replacement one to try. they sent it promptly without additional payment and it worked! i am really impressed by their quick response time and by their vast inventory of parts. i will certainly use them first next time i need anything. more

Prompt service with quality product 9/20/2011

My c.1968 Singer Touch and Sew machine balked at the generic, supposedly machine-specific bobbins recently purchased. When I would use the new bobbins my machine would tighten up and tangle the bobbin thread. I ordered a 10-pack of Singer bobbins, and my sewing is back to normal. more

Wonderful service. Was told on Thursday the my order would be mailed out on Friday and that I would receive it Saturday or Tuesday, Labor Day holiday was on Monday. On Friday I received the part, it had been mailed on Thursday afternoon. WOW! What a surprise, especially since most companies don't even know what Customer Service is any more! In my own ineptness I could not understand the memthod of downloading a sewing machine manual. I am so pleased to have discovered you. I had gone to my local shop to get a walking foot for my machine and was taken aback at their price of $89.99. After I left the store thinking there has got to be an alternative place to get my part I began my search on the computer. Your website is so easy to use and maneuver through I can't tell you what a relief that is as I am not a savvy computer user. Back to my point...I received my order yesterday and am anxious to get started using all I got- not only the walking foot but I also ordered a darning foot and quilting guide and got all three pieces for much less than the price of one piece at my local shop.
