My daughter ( age 13) had somehow lost the cover over her bobbin on her NEW sewing machine. I thought wow how am I going to get another one. I really thought I would have to take it in to a shop somewhere and have a hassle. I goggled her sewing machine online and couldn’t find parts for it every machine but hers would be listed. So I came across this company and thought I’d give it a try. When I called I was shocked to not be put on hold for long periods of time. A friendly rep answered and I told him the machine and he didn’t have one listed so looked up similar machines and found the part I would need and was confident that it would fit. The cost was 4.00 and I simply couldn’t argue with that. My experience with their customer service was fantastic and I received the part I needed in less than a week’s time. I was pleased 100% with the company's service I would definitely use them again for anything I needed. KUDOS! more

Jeremy, you are a very nice person to work with.Just a bit faster with the shipping and you got it made,I know things are real crazy right now but things will come togeather soon and it will be smooth sailing.I did get my new part and i love it.I am so glad that all went so smooth A+A+ thanks so much for the exchange.The part works great.Now keep an eye out for that darning foot for the quilting.I have the HF2022 New Home Low Shank,If you can get the ( BIG FOOT )that would be great,I just hope they fit on my New Home.You have to let me know that o.k.
