As a first-time buyer, it is easy to be skeptical of on-line businesses. However, taking the plunge, I found the ordering process to be really straightforward, and easy. Having discovered that I had sent an incomplete address for delivery, I immediately contacted the info line. Jenny Jones responded to my inquiry within moments and assured me that there were options for handling my problem, and offered to deal with it from her end. My order arrived within two days, even without the complete address, and, when I contacted Jenny, she was so polite, and responsive, I wished I needed more parts, just so I could get more good news from her! Very pleased! 2/2/2011

I had searched all over. looking for a needle plate for my Singer sewing machine. I found Sewing Parts on-line, searched the part and there it was! The price was quite reasonable and placed my order. with-in a couple days, the part was in my mailbox... and it was the right part. I would have absolutely no problem doing business with them again. I'm glad to know they are there! more

I ordered a presser foot and cord for my Singer. I found them after I moved a few years ago and then 'put them up' so that I wouldn't lose them! (Yeah, right, they're somewhere in my barn!)I finally ordered them. They came quickly and my machine works! I am so ecstatic! more

Thanks for making my 82 year old mother-in-law very happy! The foot pedal on her Husquavarna machine broke and was glued together waiting for a replacement. The part was backordered for over a month,and she was not very happy. After calling and speaking with a very helpful lady, I got an email that Sewing Parts Online somehow found the part and sent it out priority mail. My mother-in-law is happy that she can sew up a storm again! Thanks SO much! Your extra effort was greatly appreciated. more

Things couldn't of gone better - I talked to someone first (not great at ordering on-line) then went back and ordered it..in just two very quick days - I have my part I desperatly needed to complete some gifts!! Thank you, and of course if/when I need anything else, I will be saving my gas and time and go right the your website!! Prices were great, the part I needed was cheaper than my local sewing cener. Really great customer service! The part number was wrong on the website and they sent me the correct part the same day I called with a return label enclosed prepaid! I am so glad they carry Hemmingworth thread too!!! Use these guys for all your sewing needs. more
