I WAS SENT BY E-MAIL AND TOLD OVER THE PHONE THAT THE SERVICE MAN WOULD BE AT MY HOUSE ON A MONDAY AND WOULD CALL TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATED TIME. I GOT THE CALL ON MONDAY FROM HIM ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT HE COULD NOT BE THERE ON MONDAY. WE MADE SURE WE WERE GOING TO BE HOME FOR HIM. I TOLD HIME IT WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL TO BE TOLD HE WAS COMING, RECEIVE AN E-MAIL CONFIRMATION, AND FOR US TO BE THERE AND HE THEN SAYS HE WILL NOT BE THERE. THEREFORE WE CANCELLED THE SERVICE AND WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!! B LLOYD, BIRMINGHAM ALABAMA

We feel terrible about this. There are multiple sources through which service calls are scheduled for us, and sometimes overschedules occur. This call was set up by our after-hours phone service, and wasn't read until Monday morning. It's a terrible inconvenience to this customer, and we'll take steps to prevent this from happening again.
