Awesome... 1/5/2012

I called at 9am hoping to get in the same day for a much needed haircut. We can get you in at 10....awesome! My stylist (Sarah H) was great, she listened to me and cut my hair exactly as I wanted. Love the new look of the salon and I'll definately start coming back again. more

We have been clients for years and the service has been cosistently outstanding. Our family members visit several different stylists for cuts, color and perms and wouldn't go anywhere else. I have and will continue to recommend the salon. more

did not receive my holiday double bonus points 12/27/2011

I purchased a number of Aveda products during the holiday double bonus promotion and I did not receive any points because the person working at the counter did not access my account to post the purchases. WHAT A HASSLE! I have to take my receipt in to get the points! I won't bother buying Aveda products during "special bonus" promotions again. more

Once again, Kelly did a great job with my hair. She has been cutting my family's hair for many years. In the beginning, I came back because Kelly was one of the few stylists that I knew that would take the time to listen to what my kids wanted with their hair just like she would with an adult. My son refuses to have his hair cut by anyone else!! Since they are the most important thing to me in the world, there is no better testment in my eyes! Thanks for what you do Kelly! more

I am not sure if it was a defect with the color products or what exactly happened but the color to my roots did not take well. He ended up reapplying a second time. When i got home I noticed there were areas that were missed with the second application. Hopefully this was a fluke. I am surprised I was not offered a price adjustment since it ended up taking 3 hours of my day. If i had the time I would have gone back in but i was preparing for a business trip and didn't have the time to spare. more

I had never used Aveda products until they were provided in a hotel in Chicago.When I go home I checked all the stores hoping to purchase more of this wonderful shampoo and conditioner. I soon learned the only way I could get them was at an Aveda salon. While shopping at Jordan Creek I found one so I purchased several months supply of various products ( I live 3 hrs away but learned there is a salon in Sioux Falls 1 l/2 hrs from me.) I was treated well and look forward to returning! more

Service You Can Trust 11/28/2011

I always receive a friendly greeting, addressing me by my name, at the front desk, am offered something to drink while I wait and asked if they can hang my coat. The atmosphere is professional and inviting. My stylist listens to what I want, asks questions, offers suggestions, is personable and has a natural talent for her work. She is a gem! I would highly recommend this salon to anyone, male or female. more
