I purchased a number of Aveda products during the holiday double bonus promotion and I did not receive any points because the person working at the counter did not access my account to post the purchases. WHAT A HASSLE! I have to take my receipt in to get the points! I won't bother buying Aveda products during "special bonus" promotions again. more
